Can you help if we're already mid-survey or have received a citation?
Yes — and this is one of the highest-priority engagements. If you've received survey notification or a deficiency citation, call immediately. Citation response requires a written Plan of Correction that is both technically accurate and operationally credible. Getting it right — with evidence of systemic correction — is how you protect your license.
